Median sold prices by postcode district, England and Wales
Median sold prices by postcode district, England and Wales. Updated monthly from HM Land Registry Price Paid Data: standard sales (category A) by transfer date, over 12 months ending three months before the latest monthly file, with the 3-month median and the change from the 12 months before. Medians and quartiles are left blank where a period has fewer than 5 sales, too few for a meaningful figure. Not an index: the mix of homes sold changes from period to period. Sales are registered weeks or months after they complete, so the newest months, the 3-month figures most of all, start low and rise in later tables; figures are also revised as HM Land Registry corrects its data.
