UK shelf-price index: the series restarts at week 42

The weekly collection of 11 October (ISO week 41) stopped part-way for Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda because of a platform usage limit on our account, so week 41 has no complete data and is skipped. The index therefore restarts: week 42 is the new base (100), and the first weekly change is published for week 43. The earlier levels (base W39 = 100, weeks 39 and 40) stay in the dataset as a closed series, there is no level for week 41, and four-week changes are empty across the gap. The cause is fixed from 12 October.
